  • Platform by Platform - an overview of the key social media platforms and what to use them for

  • Social Media Audit - an overview of your current market position, platforms, reach and engagement

  • Competitor Analysis - an audit of your competitors’ social media and online presence

  • Opportunity Identification - choosing which social platforms to have a presence on, according to resources, realm and current market position

MODULE 2: PURPOSE & PLANNING

  • Set SMART Goals - identify the purpose of your social media marketing and set measurable goals

  • Target Audience Identification - learn as much as possible about your audience and create an ideal customer profile

  • Forward Planning - solidifying your milestones, events, launches, campaigns and happenings for the 12 months ahead
