Community Update!

I’m excited to pop in and tell you that Team Social School has been busy shifting into our third quarter Community plans over the last few weeks, and we have some exciting updates to share with our incredible crew of Social Clubbers – and beyond!

We have been overwhelmed by the positive uptake and loving embrace of our Social Club relaunch project – a.k.a. our 3-month toe-dip into the shifting of this community to a virtual environment, and the wide open welcoming of you all into it.

Social School digital marketing community

Since its re-debut in April, Social Club has played host to weekly online workshops, coffee chats, office hours and support circles, as well as a number of private training programs that extend beyond our primary lineup of courses and certifications offered in the Social School Academy.

All in all, it’s been a blast, and one that has finally allowed us to connect with you, our fellow marketers, communicators and digital doers, in a much more intimate way than a Facebook group or email conversation ever could.

We simply can’t thank you enough for your lively participation, friendly feedback, and ongoing engagement with our team – and each other!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re keeping this community rolling, and amping up the level of tools, tips and digital training we plan to bring you.

This includes:

  • Granting you early access to our ongoing resources, tool kits, ebooks and more.
  • Wholeheartedly building your skills in every way we know how around a specific monthly theme, starting with SEO in July and Paid Content in August.
  • Welcoming you into our new Monthly Masterclass series of free digital workshops, beginning with the ‘Killer Keywords’ research and mapping class on July 22.
  • Inviting you to share often, comment freely, and post your digital marketing wins, wonders, tips, tools and discoveries, so we can continue to grow the connection, collaboration and accountability this community is founded in.

Social Club remains a safe space to explore your digital plans and progress, away from social media, on a platform purpose-built to serve our students, alumni, followers and friends in the ways you’ve been asking us for.

With that, I look forward to seeing you in the Club 💃, and elsewhere on and offline as we navigate this exciting summer season reopening and rebuilding. And maybe, just maybe, a return to some semblance of normalcy in the months ahead!

All my best,
Kelly 😘
